Following hip surgery, the choice where to go for my rehab was an easy one for me.  I was very familiar with the rehab unit at Crockett Hospital since I had been the pastor of Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church for several years.  During this time I was chaplain coordinator for the hospital and spent time working with parishioners and friends who were patients in the rehab unit.  Although the care which patients receive at Crockett Hospital Rehab Unit was evident to me, when my mother was a patient there I saw first hand how patients were cared for.  Therefore, when I was faced with having hip surgery, I chose to go to Crockett Hospital Rehab Unit because I felt that it would greatly enhance my recovery.

All the staff was wonderful to me.  They were very efficient and attentive to my needs.  The physical and occupational therapists were very helpful in getting me back on my feet and helped me to be able to take care of my personal needs.

I could not have asked for better care.  The nurses and Dr. Jain showed a great concern about my health needs and took very good care of all my needs.  The unit's social worker, Frances Allen, was most helpful with my discharge plans.  The transition from rehab unit to home was a smooth one.

I was very pleased with my stay at Crockett Hospital Rehabilitation Unit.  I feel that it helped tremendously in my recovery and I will gladly recommend it to ANYONE who needs this therapy.

"No other community could have any better rehab unit than at Crockett Hospital Rehab Unit..."

After being in the hospital for several days I was extremely weak.  My doctor told me that I should have rehab to help me regain my strength.

Going to a nursing home was not something I wanted to do at this time.  My wife and I discussed my options with my doctor and he recommended Crockett Hospital Rehab Unit.

When we found out we were able to come back to Crockett Hospital Rehab Unit we were so pleased.  It is close to home, family, and friends.

My stay was great.  Dr. Jain was right there anytime I needed him.  The nurses treated me excellent, as did all the staff.

While I was at Crockett Rehab Unit, I worked with their occupational therapist Brian Boyd, quite a lot.  Brian taught me several ways to conserve my energy while doing things for myself.  Going home was easier because of Crockett Hospital Rehab Unit.

I am so amazed at the quality of services I received at Crockett Hospital Rehab Unit.  Our community is very fortunate to have such a rehab unit so close to home.  No other community could have a better one.

"I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for Crockett Rehab Unit.."

Following my open heart surgery in Nashville my physician recommended me going to Crockett Hospital Rehabilitation Unit for a few days of rehab.  After a call was made to Crockett Rehab I was told that I could go there.  I can't describe how releived I was.

When I got to Crockett Rehab Unit I was extremely weak and even though I was getting three hours therapy a day, it was slow and designed just for me and my needs.  Each day I was getting my strength back and gaining back my ability to care for myself.  I learned new ways to conserve energy which makes doing daily tasks much easier.

My wife and I were so pleased with the facility.  The fact that all the rooms are private at Crockett Rehab Unit is wonderful.  The unit was like a home away from home.  The staff was all excellent.

I want to thank everyone involved in my care while I was at Crockett Hospital Rehab Unit for a job well done and I want the community to know that we have the best right here at Crockett Rehab Unit.  Ask to go there.
