Our team of rehabilitation professional provides services to patients experiencing:
- Limitation in self-care
- Impaired mobility, balance and coordination
- Limitations in strength and range of motion
- Cognitive and perceptual deficits
- Speech and communications problems
- Swallowing disorders
COMMON REHABILITATION DIAGNOSES
- Cerebral vascular accident (stroke)
- Fracture of the femur (hip)
- Polyarthritis, including rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative joint disease
(May follow joint replacement surgery)
- Major multiple trauma
- Amputation
- Congenital deformity
- Brain and spinal cord injury
- Neurological disorders, including multiple sclerosis, motor neuron disease,
Polyneuropathy and Parkinson's disease, muscular dystrophy
Physicians, Discharge Planners, Social Workers may refer patients,
Case managers, Allied Health Professionals, Third-party Payers, Family, Friends or Self.
